Crochet pattern: Moon Pillow

With this crochet pattern you can create your very own very cute moon pillow!

The pillow you can make using this pattern is lovely to use on your couch, or as a decoration on your bed or bedroom. Kids will love it too, and it makes a great nursery decoration.

When made with a 4.0mm crochet needle, the pillow will become approx. 16″/40cm in diameter.

Needed materials to make this pillow:
– a 4.0mm crochet needle, if you want the pillow to be the same size as pictured (approx. 16″/40cm in diameter)
– Light worsted weight yarn: white: 550yd/500m
– Filling material.
– A tapestry needle.

Needed skills to make this pillow:
– Magic ring.
– Chain stitches
– Single crochet
– Very basic sewing skills, just to put the sun pillow together.
– Increasing stitches and decreasing stitches.

The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology. The pattern description is written using abbreviations; there’s an extensive list included to explain all abbreviations used. There are also a lot of detailed pictures included to guide you through the pattern.
